No—STAR WARS Zero Company is not multiplayer and does not include co-op. EA says there is no competitive online mode, online co-op, local co-op, split-screen co-op, or other online social feature. The campaign is designed for one player controlling the company and tactical squad.

Why a squad game is still single-player
The campaign lets one player recruit and control a company of Operators, choose four-person deployments, manage the Den, and decide how Tactical Missions and Operations fit the current Cycle. Multiple characters on the battlefield describe the squad structure—not multiple human players.
The same player controls the turn order, shared Advantage pool, Operator actions, and campaign resources. For how those tactical decisions work, use the combat guide; for the eight class roles inside a four-person squad, use the Specializations guide.
Does single-player mean fully offline?
EA’s mode guide confirms the absence of online gameplay and social features, but that is not the same as a universal promise that every platform, storefront, installation, account check, or update works without an internet connection. This page therefore does not make a broader offline-DRM claim.
Confirmed The gameplay experience is single-player only.
Confirmed The listed multiplayer and co-op modes are absent.
Not established here Every storefront’s installation, sign-in, or offline-launch requirement.
Could co-op be added later?
No announced co-op roadmap was included in the official sources reviewed for this page. A future possibility is not a launch feature, so it should not be presented as planned without a dated announcement from EA or Bit Reactor.
